As with many other Sanibel properties, Hurricane Ian left extensive damage due to wind, rain, and an unprecedented storm surge to our office building and retail space.

Our front building, which houses Island Pizza, is already up and running, and we are working hard to rebuild our office building at the back of the property. We expect to open our doors for our tenants and visitors by July, 2023.
