Following the severe damage left by Hurricane Ian, our office building was redesigned completely, modernized, and rebuilt with the highest current standards.

In addition, and to keep our tenants and visitors safe and healthy, the building completed a serious of mold and other fungal metabolites testing, successfully passing and receiving a clean bill of health certificate from the State of Florida.
